FAQ’s
-
It can. Corrigan Generators installs whole-home systems, which include central air conditioning, and essential-circuit systems, which cover things like refrigerators, sump pumps, heat, well pumps, and the rooms you live in. A project manager sizes the system to what you want powered, and you approve a written proposal before anything is installed.
-
Yes. Every home standby generator requires permits and inspections. Corrigan Generators takes care of the permitting, code compliance, and inspection requests for you. When needed, we provide a gas contractor for meter upgrades, gas lines, and connections, or you can use your own. A licensed electrician completes the electrical work and walks you through the system at the end.
-
Yes. Corrigan Generators' certified generator technicians handle maintenance, repairs, and manufacturer warranty work on Briggs & Stratton, Generac, Kohler, and most other major brands. Every new installation includes remote monitoring and the first year of service, and we service systems we didn't install.
-
Every Corrigan Generators installation includes remote monitoring, the first year of service and monitoring, a cold weather kit with oil and battery warmers, and a solid pre-formed concrete pad on a gravel bed. A licensed electrician completes the electrical work, tests the system, and walks you through how it works.
-
It depends on the system size, where it's placed, how far the gas and electric lines have to run, and whether a gas meter upgrade is needed. Corrigan Generators doesn't publish pricing. A project manager evaluates your home and gives you the full cost in a written proposal, and nothing is committed until you approve it.
